Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive sales growth and increase market share for assigned fashion brands and sellers.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and store setup process for new fashion clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on performance optimization and marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic trends, and market competition to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and product teams to support client initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance and future goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Fashion Retail.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry, specifically Womenswear trends and supply chains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
