You'll coordinate with customs authorities, shipping partners, and internal departments to maintain compliance with Indonesian export regulations and international trade standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process complete international trade documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian export regulations and customs requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international shipping partners
- Prepare and submit export licenses and other regulatory paperwork
- Track international shipments and maintain accurate shipping records
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align export schedules
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipping delays proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export administration or trade compliance
- Proficiency in Indonesian customs procedures and export documentation
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and documentation software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
