Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and document filing systems
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for executives
- Prepare meeting materials and maintain conference room bookings
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and expense report processing
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/Sederajat or Diploma degree in Administration/Management
- 1+ years experience in office administration roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (verbal/written)
