Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and digital archives
- Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, visitors) professionally
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Support HR processes onboarding and documentation
- Prepare routine reports and maintain accurate databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project support
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3/S1 degree in Administration or related field
- 1-2 years experience in administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
