Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support HR processes including onboarding and payroll assistance
- Maintain inventory and office equipment
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
Kualifikasi
- D3/S1 degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with administrative software preferred
