Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record maintenance
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of office supplies
- Handle payroll processing and employee data management
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Prepare monthly reports and performance analytics
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external partners
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic HR and accounting principles preferred
