Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations with third-party providers
- Maintain accurate digital and physical documentation of warehouse activities
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
- Supervise warehouse staff and delegate daily tasks effectively
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Certified Forklift Operator (preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
