Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations including correspondence, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate office logistics and inventory management
- Support HR processes onboarding and compliance
- Handle vendor relationships and procurement activities
- Maintain digital and physical record systems
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
- Facilitate inter-departmental communications
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with high accuracy
