- Conduct patient assessments and develop customized aquatic therapy treatment plans
- Execute therapeutic exercises and interventions in aquatic environments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and patient records
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in aquatic facilities
- Educate patients and families about therapeutic techniques and home exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated care
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related healthcare field
- Certification in aquatic therapy (e.g., ATRIC, Watsu)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in rehabilitation
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification in CPR and first aid
