Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan manajemen dokumen dan arsip digital
- Membantu koordinasi rapat dan agenda tim
- Memproses pengajuan administratif dan keuangan
- Mengelola komunikasi internal dan eksternal
- Mendukung operasi kantor sehari-hari
- Melakukan input data ke sistem manajemen

Kualifikasi
- Sarjana (S1) dari jurusan apa pun
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di administrasi
- Kemampuan MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik
- Kepatuhan terhadap deadline dan detail
- Kemampuan multitasking dan prioritas
- Memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi
