Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content including graphics, short videos, and blog posts
- Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports
- Assist in SEO optimization for company websites
- Coordinate with design team for visual assets
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution
- Track competitor activities and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing/Communications
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic video editing
- Strong understanding of Indonesian social media landscape
- Excellent written communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Portfolio demonstrating creative projects preferred
