Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across time zones
- Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications based on urgency
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Conduct market research and compile executive summaries for strategic planning
- Coordinate virtual meetings and ensure all participants have necessary materials
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Assist in project management by tracking milestones and deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in administrative support or virtual assistance
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Available 20-25 hours per week during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM WIB)
