Join Bali Ocean Magic's dynamic security team as Assistant Chief Security and become a guardian of paradise! In this pivotal role, you'll safeguard our vibrant waterpark environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of thousands of guests and staff daily. You'll develop and implement comprehensive security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and lead emergency response procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations across all waterpark facilities and guest areas
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety protocols for aquatic attractions and common areas
- Lead emergency response teams during incidents, including medical emergencies and crowd control
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Train and supervise security personnel on proper procedures and guest interaction standards
- Collaborate with lifeguard teams to ensure coordinated safety coverage
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Monitor CCTV systems and patrol premises to prevent theft and safety violations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in security management with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Valid certification in first aid, CPR, and water safety (lifeguard certification preferred)
- Proven experience in crowd control and emergency response procedures
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV operation and access control
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to emergencies
