Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of national robotics initiatives aligned with Singapore's innovation roadmap
- Develop and manage multi-stakeholder partnerships with government agencies, industry leaders, and research institutions
- Oversee programme budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management for robotics R&D projects
- Drive ecosystem development through industry engagement, talent pipeline cultivation, and technology commercialization
- Monitor global robotics trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and programme specialists
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure programme impact and ROI
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology programme management with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record in robotics or advanced technology ecosystem development
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with government funding mechanisms and public-private partnerships
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale R&D projects (>SGD 10M)
- Knowledge of Singapore's innovation landscape and industry requirements
