- Administer robotics grants and programmes ensuring compliance with funding requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate cross-sector initiatives between research institutions, industry partners, and government agencies
- Monitor programme performance metrics and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Develop and maintain innovation ecosystem frameworks to accelerate robotics adoption
- Manage stakeholder relationships including researchers, policymakers, and industry collaborators
- Support strategic planning and implementation of NRP milestones and deliverables
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices across public-sector robotics projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years' experience in programme management, grant administration, or public-sector innovation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring KPIs and evaluating programme effectiveness
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities with experience engaging diverse public/private sector partners
- Knowledge of Singapore's innovation landscape and robotics technology trends
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
