Macquarie Group is a global financial leader dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions. We are looking for a strategic and analytical Associate, Private Credit, Real Estate to join our team in Indonesia. In this role, you will support the growth of our Private Credit platform, with a specific focus on real estate investments. You will work closely with our New York-based team to drive deal origination, execution, and portfolio management across the region.
As a key member of the credit team, you will be instrumental in identifying high-potential real estate opportunities, conducting rigorous due diligence, and structuring complex credit solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, underwriting, and valuation analysis for real estate credit opportunities.
- Assist in the origination and structuring of debt and equity transactions within the private credit sector.
- Prepare and present compelling investment memos, pitch decks, and credit committee presentations.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, brokers, and other key stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and ensure strict compliance with Macquarie’s investment guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution and post-acquisition management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance or MBA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, real estate finance, or investment banking, with a focus on credit or real estate.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel), DCF analysis, and debt structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
