- Identify and evaluate renewable energy project opportunities across the Philippines
- Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies for new ventures
- Develop detailed project proposals and business plans with financial modeling
- Secure strategic partnerships with landowners, investors, and government agencies
- Lead project development from conception to financial close
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project development or renewable energy sector
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and partnership development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct market assessments and financial modeling
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with renewable energy technologies and project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
