Tanggung Jawab
- Investigate and evaluate non-motor vehicle claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlement amounts
- Analyze claim documentation including police reports, medical records, and repair estimates
- Conduct thorough interviews with claimants, witnesses, and involved parties
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce long outstanding claims
- Negotiate fair settlements with claimants while adhering to company policies
- Prepare detailed claim reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with legal and medical experts for complex claim assessments
- Identify potential fraud and implement preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling, preferably in non-motor vehicle insurance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple cases
- Professional certification in insurance (e.g., AIC, CPCU) is advantageous
