Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all clinic areas (waiting rooms, examination rooms, restrooms)
- Follow strict infection control protocols and hygiene standards
- Handle and dispose of medical waste according to healthcare regulations
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled (floor waxing, window cleaning)
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to clinic's operational procedures and safety guidelines
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/K)
- Previous cleaning service experience preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
