Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and the company website.
- Create high-quality visual content, including photography, videography, graphics, and written copy, that aligns with the brand's aesthetic.
- Manage the company's blog and newsletter, ensuring consistent and engaging updates for our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce promotional materials and campaign assets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in the art and craft industry to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement rates.
- Represent the brand at local art events or community gatherings as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Strong writing skills in Indonesian and English with the ability to write engaging captions and blog posts.
- Excellent photography and videography skills.
- Deep passion for art, craft, and creative hobbies.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
