Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for visual content? PT Karya Visi Digital is looking for a talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Bandung. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging short-form video content that captures the attention of our audience and drives engagement. We are seeking a dedicated professional who understands the algorithms behind TikTok and Instagram Reels and knows how to create content that frequently hits the For You Page (FYP). If you have a keen eye for trends, a knack for editing, and a drive to create viral-worthy material, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab
- Create, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) optimized for high engagement and viral reach.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and audio to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual narratives for brand campaigns.
- Manage social media channels by posting content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Conduct research on target audience demographics to tailor content strategies effectively.
- Utilize video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) to enhance visual quality and storytelling.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and fostering a positive brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, specifically in creating viral short-form video content.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, specifically regarding reach and engagement on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent video editing skills with a good sense of rhythm, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and original ideas.
- Proficiency in using smartphones for filming and editing tools (CapCut, VN, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus.
