Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of corporate strategic plans and annual roadmaps.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate between various departments to ensure seamless implementation of strategic projects.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's long-term objectives.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies or processes that align with the company's strategic vision.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or a senior managerial role within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Energy industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian energy sector landscape and regulatory frameworks.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
