Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 graduate with 1+ years retail experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in basic POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-first mentality
- Physical stamina for standing 8-hour shifts with frequent movement
- Team player with collaborative mindset and positive attitude
- Basic English proficiency preferred for international brand alignment
