Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product knowledge and styling consultations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize brand presentation
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain inventory accuracy and operational excellence in stock management
- Collaborate with visual team for seasonal display rotations and promotions
- Train junior staff on product features and customer service protocols
- Implement loss prevention measures and security procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in premium retail/fashion outlet environment
- Proven sales track record with KPI achievement
- Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and styling principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer conflict resolution
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
