Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) graduate
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (max 10kg)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to complete product certification training
