Tanggung Jawab
- Input, verify, and manage critical data with 99.9% accuracy across CRM and financial systems
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform daily reconciliation of data entries and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for management review
- Collaborate with IT team to optimize data processing workflows
- Maintain organized digital archives with version control best practices
- Train junior staff on data entry standards and compliance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree with 1+ years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with zero error tolerance mindset
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to minute details
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English documentation skills
- Clean background check and professional references required
