Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and optimize the entire operational production of injection molding processes
- Develop and implement production plans to achieve output targets on time and within budget
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop a team of production technicians and operators
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is operating optimally
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and material availability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials
- Experience with production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in production management software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable
