Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, and content platforms
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging content creation
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with design team to create compelling visual assets and marketing materials
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Optimize website content and landing pages for conversion rate improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (current students welcome)
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or relevant internship
- Proficiency in social media management tools and Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for digital trends and willingness to learn new technologies
- Available 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
