Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive drilling plans for onshore and offshore wells
- Optimize drilling parameters to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Analyze real-time drilling data and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with geologists and reservoir engineers to align drilling objectives
- Prepare detailed drilling reports and performance documentation
- Manage drilling equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related technical field
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in well planning and drilling operations
- Proficiency in drilling software (Petrel, Wellplan, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting drilling challenges
- Valid IWCF or Well Control certification
- Experience with directional drilling and complex well profiles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
