Join Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing as an Export-Import Staff and become a pivotal part of our global supply chain operations. This critical role involves coordinating and executing all international trade activities to ensure seamless logistics for our apparel products. You'll manage the end-to-end process of exporting finished goods and importing raw materials while maintaining compliance with international regulations.
As a key logistics specialist, you'll collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize cross-border operations. Your expertise will directly impact our operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and delivery timelines in the competitive textile manufacturing industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end export-import operations including documentation preparation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Manage compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and shipping carriers to arrange cost-effective transportation
- Maintain accurate records of all trade activities and prepare regulatory documentation
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics issues proactively
- Analyze trade routes and suggest process improvements to reduce costs and transit times
- Liaise with internal departments (production, purchasing, finance) to align trade activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import operations or logistics
- Proficiency in customs procedures, INCOTERMS, and trade documentation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with logistics software and ERP systems
- Problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
