Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end finance operation processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and internal control procedures to mitigate risk.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and operational dashboards for senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance operations staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and tax filings.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
