We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Manufacturing - Poultry Processing to lead our operations in Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our poultry processing plant, ensuring maximum operational efficiency, cost control, and adherence to strict Halal standards. You will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from primary processing to the cold chain distribution, driving yield improvements and optimizing resource allocation. As the leader of our manufacturing unit, you will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating operational risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals to maximize production efficiency.
- Oversee daily plant operations, including primary processing, secondary processing, and cold chain logistics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize yield, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Halal certification requirements and local food safety regulations (Halal, BPOM).
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) for the manufacturing unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of production supervisors and operational staff.
- Spearhead safety protocols (HSE) to ensure a zero-accident work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Agriculture/Animal Science.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, specifically within the poultry or food processing industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale production plants and cold chain logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Halal certification processes and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing management software.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational excellence.
