Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement evidence-based HYROX training programs for diverse fitness levels

  • Conduct member assessments and personalize training plans to optimize performance
  • Monitor progress and adjust programs to prevent injuries while maximizing results
  • Stay current with HYROX competition trends and industry best practices
  • Foster a supportive community environment that encourages member retention
  • Collaborate with other trainers to develop integrated gym programming

Kualifikasi

  • Certified personal trainer with specialization in endurance or functional training
  • Minimum 2 years experience leading group fitness classes
  • Deep understanding of HYROX race structure and training methodologies
  • Strong motivational and communication skills with diverse demographics
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
