Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all import documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Track and monitor import shipments from origin to destination
- Analyze import costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers and vendors
- Resolve any import-related issues or discrepancies promptly
- Stay updated on changes in import regulations and trade policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in import management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
