Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers within the industrial sector.
- Market Development: Develop and expand the customer base specifically in the Food, Beverage, and Manufacturing industries.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Technical Solutions: Present technical proposals, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry needs.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems to track progress against targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or business development.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Food & Beverage and Manufacturing supply chains.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business value.
- Tools: Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
