Tanggung Jawab
- Install and configure CCTV systems including IP cameras, NVRs, and surveillance monitors
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with surveillance equipment
- Upgrade firmware and software for security systems
- Provide on-site technical support and system training for clients
- Document service reports and system configurations
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale security projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in IT, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience with CCTV/IP camera systems
- Proficiency in network configuration and IP troubleshooting
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware and software issues
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
- Customer service experience with ability to explain technical concepts
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and data privacy standards
