You will act as the face of technical expertise onsite, resolving hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide onsite technical support and maintenance for computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, including network connectivity problems and system failures.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and operating systems (Windows/Linux) as required.
  • Perform routine hardware maintenance and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Document all technical activities, repairs, and changes in the service log for accurate record-keeping.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide clear, user-friendly solutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing infrastructure.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience working as an IT Technician, Helpdesk Support, or similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware components, troubleshooting procedures, and office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Familiarity with network administration and basic server maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
