You'll be responsible for the proactive maintenance of all hardware assets including PCs, laptops, printers, and projectors, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in providing responsive technical support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. In this position, you'll implement preventive maintenance schedules, manage IT inventory, and contribute to system security protocols. Kualifikasi
