Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for workstations, EMR systems, and user accounts across various clinic locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with data security and IT operational standards in all clinical environments.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Manage user access, accounts, and permissions to maintain data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement IT improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and healthcare IT workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical staff.
- Willingness to be based in Davao and work full-time.
