Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment with precision
- Monitor production quality through in-process inspections and quality control protocols
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and ISO 14001 environmental standards
- Document production data and maintain accurate shift records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
- Train new employees on operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA vocational graduate (Teknik Mesin/Kimia preferred)
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing/production environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials up to 20kg
- Basic understanding of mechanical operations and quality control principles
- Certification in OSH K3 or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shift schedules (including weekends)
- Valid health examination certificate
