Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machinery with precision
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standardsPerform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products for defects and specifications
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent education
- Experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Basic technical knowledge of machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
- Valid health certificate
- Good teamwork and communication skills
