Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment efficiently
- Monitor production quality and conduct quality control checks
- Maintain clean and safe working environment following 5S principles
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist in basic maintenance
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Document production data accurately in daily logs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Experience in plastic manufacturing production (fresh graduates welcome)
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and quality control
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in shift system (morning/afternoon)
- Willingness to undergo company training programs
