Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment efficiently
- Monitor product quality and perform quality checks according to standards
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S principles
- Assist in machine setup, calibration, and routine maintenance
- Document production data accurately in daily reports
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA graduate or equivalent vocational certification
- Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of plastic production processes is advantageous
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in shifts (if required) and overtime when necessary
- Willingness to undergo company training programs
- Valid health certificate and willingness to complete safety training
