Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding/extrusion machines according to production schedules
- Monitor product quality and perform in-process inspectionsConduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S standards
- Coordinate with quality control team for defect prevention
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMK Teknik preferred)
- 1+ years in manufacturing/plastic production experience
- Familiarity with injection molding/extrusion processes
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards
- Physical fitness for standing/shift work (morning/evening)
- Valid K3/Sertifikat K3 Operator Mesin (advantageous)
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
