Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machines with precision
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Document production data and quality control reports
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols (5S standards)
- Collaborate with QC team for product inspection
- Optimize production efficiency while minimizing waste
- Train new operators on machinery and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA technical graduate or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in plastic manufacturing production
- Basic knowledge of injection molding/extrusion processes
- Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 15kg
- Valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasional) certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Willingness to work in shift system (if required)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
