Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with strict accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Ensure all pricing and promotional displays are correct and appealing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling cash and sensitive information.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
