Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge
- Manage cash handling and daily reconciliation reports
- Maintain clean, organized checkout area and displays
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
- Contribute to sales targets through suggestive selling
- Adhere to company security and compliance protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3 preferred)
- Minimum 6 months cashier or retail experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (weekends/holidays)
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Basic English comprehension for training materials
