Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales transactions efficiently using our modern POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service during checkout and handle inquiries
- Manage cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold store cleanliness standards and merchandising policies
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Train junior staff on cashier procedures when needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3 preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cashier experience in retail/fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling abilities
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Integrity and attention to detail in financial matters
