- Process 100+ daily transactions accurately using EDC systems
- Manage cash reconciliation and daily reporting
- Train junior cashiers on POS operations
- Resolve customer payment disputes professionally
- Maintain organized cash drawer and security protocols
- Collaborate with inventory team for stock verification
- Implement upselling techniques during checkout
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years cashier experience in retail
- Expert proficiency in EDC/POS systems
- Strong numerical accuracy (99.9% error rate)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English
