Tanggung Jawab
- Timely and secure delivery of packages to designated locations across Bandung
- Verify recipient details and obtain proper signatures for all deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow optimized routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery time
- Report any delivery issues or customer feedback promptly to the operations team
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle) or SIM B (car) with at least 1 year driving experience
- Familiarity with Bandung's major roads and neighborhoods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle packages up to 20kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
